Client:
Private Residence
Intention:
Classical details and contemporary accents fill the walls of this Brooklyn residence, pairing original 19th-century architecture with an art-forward interior. A deliberate restoration — the casings stripped of over 80 years worth of paint — revealing patinated panels. Warm oak and jacquard textiles ground the space, creating an abundance of texture and warmth for this client's home.
Year:
2024 - Current
Scope:
Restored Window Casings, New Paint for Walls & Trim, Custom Millwork & Storage, Custom Upholstery & Drapery, Custom Furnishings & Antiques, Added Mouldings & Door Trim, Updated Bathroom Treatments & Updated Lighting throughout.
Special Thanks:
Millworkers Nicholas Van Eck & BJ Burbidge.
